Neoprene, a synthetic rubber, has a superior resistance to heat compared with natural rubber making it ideal to use on chamber shrink wrapping and L-sealers when applying pressure on the hot sealing blade. 

Always apply a length of PTFE tape onto the neoprene rubber to prevent the shrink film sticking and prevent sealing blade damage. We always run two layers of PTFE tape just to make sure!
